* If a CD, DVD, or Video is defective, it will be replaced with like product.
* Books/Booklets are returnable if they are in like new condition, with unbroken bindings, and returned within 10 days of shipment.
* Telecourses and Consultations are refundable if cancelled with 48 hours notice.
Shipping costs are for the 48 contiguous US states, and reflect standard ground shipping. Additional charges apply for Alaska, Hawaii, expedited and international shipments. Please e-mail or call for a quote.
Shipping is provided by either the USPS or UPS. Orders are processed within the next business day.
